v Each group MUST seek help from communication tutors v Communication tutors will meet each group from Mar 1, 2011
to April 29, 2011
v Each group should send the draft group report to communication
tutors before the first meeting v You are highly recommended to contact communication tutors before
Mar 1, 2011 for arranging meeting
v Each group (all groupmates) has to meet the communication tutors at
least once for discussing the group report v Each group MUST ask one of the communication tutors to sign on the
cover page of the group report v Students will FAIL the course
because of poor quality group report, without communication tutor’s signature
on group report, no submission of group report and/or no contribution to
his/her group report v Each student has to contribute
at least one page to your group report (i.e., if your group has ten students,
then your group will submit a report with at least ten pages) Ø Format: Single line spacing Ø Font: Times New Roman Ø Font size: 12 Ø Margin: 1" (Top, Bottom,
Left, Right) Ø The report must be stapled Ø Please try to print on both
